Academic Calendar
The academic calendar is drown up in the first week of September every year.The pattern which is generally applied is as follows:
Winter semester : 15 weeks starting from 15 September
Summer semester: 15 weeks starting from the last week of February
Examinations: 4 weeks in January/February
4 weeks in June/July
Holidays: Christmas - 2 weeks
Easter - 1 week
22 September - Independence day
1 November - Day of Bulgarian Renaissance
3 March - National Holiday
1 May - Labor Day
24 May - Day of Bulgarian Culture
