Foreign students wishing to be registered for an academic year or a semester should submit a complete file to the Bulgarian Contact Person of the Bilateral Erasmus Contract and the Institutional ECTS - Coordinator. The file must include a copy of the Contract between the Student and his(her) host Institution containing the description of courses which should be taken during the stay at UCTM , a recommendation letter from the host institution ERASMUS Coordinator and a proof of paid health insurance for the corresponding period of time in Bulgaria.
